Scope Of Work
This tenant improvement was a joy to build – the owner was excited about the project and creating a warm and welcoming environment for the customer was our goal. The atmosphere and the concept are consistent with Jelly Belly shops across California coast – for this mall location is much smaller and compact. A unique feature is that the inside is filled with various of jelly beans across the whole room. We created a space for merchandise as well as candy, which made the experience enjoyable for adults and children alike.
