Chief Estimator Jerry Hogan is the most competitive guy on our team, always shooting for the best deal for an owner. It comes from being among the top 10 best shooters ever at UNR when he played basketball.

Kevin Stroupe leads the accounting team at C/S.  He ensures all project teams have accurate and timely financial information in order to make the best decisions for our clients.

Ted Foor is always looking for ways to make our projects even more successful than the previous ones.  As President of our California operations, he is continuously striving to exceed our clients’ expectations.

Manuel Jimenez brings a wealth of experience, having started-off his carreer 25 years ago as a residential carpenter. Now, as a Project Manager, he focuses on clear and respectful communication, organization, establishing goals and working as a team to meet and exceed expectations.

Chelsea Maynard brings extensive industry experience and passion to every team she joins. She has spent the better part of the last decade assisting project managers on large scale projects in the Pacific Northwest and is excited to bring her experience to northern Nevada.
