Their responsibilities include subcontractor selection, estimate coordination, planning, and scheduling. They also conduct progress meetings, review daily reports and perform site safety inspections.

CWES Inc. Site Superintendents and Project Managers monitor the performance of all our subcontractors and employees, supervising work in progress and scheduling daily tasks. Our well trained staff always bring quick and satisfying resolution to any unforeseen situation that may arise.
