Scope Of Work
Includes the modernization of two existing five stop elevators, construction of four new elevator lobbies, and renovation of two mall entrances. Mall entrance renovations include demolition of portions of two post tension decks to create atrium entrances. Project also includes renovation of outside parking lot to improve vehicular traffic around the mall.
