Scope Of Work
Lyle Parks Jr., Construction recently broke ground on the Center Pointe Shopping Center in Menifee, California. Center Pointe is a nine acre center located on Newport Road at Calle Tomas. The scope of work includes all sitework, a twenty two thousand square foot Sprouts and three pad and shops buildings. Pad tenants include Olive Garden and Wendy’s. The project features a pedestrian scale focal courtyard with a public art feature.
