The dramatic pace of today’s fast-track projects demands the highest level of skill, experience and planning for successful execution. The principal operating officers of Monarch Construction, Tom Stocksdale and John Fredenburg, have over sixty years of combined construction management experience. Our project teams have the resources and authority to properly and effectively manage sophisticated and complex projects. Their experience, innovation, collaboration and willingness to listen sets us apart in the construction industry. We realize however, that depth of experience is not enough: it is attitude that makes the difference. Monarch brings to every project a commitment to provide an unsurpassed level of service fueled by a take-charge, self initiated, roll-up-our-sleeves attitude and management style.

Prior to forming Monarch in 1999, the principals specialized in building technically demanding projects from $50,000 to $70,000,000, in a variety of industries. Our experience includes repeat client successes in the high-tech, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and aerospace industries, food processing and warehousing, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, commercial office and retail market segments. At Monarch we have narrowed our focus and commitment to just a few key market segments, and our rapidly growing client list attests to the success we have enjoyed.

In an industry where materials and equipment are often shared commodities, the people chosen to manage those commodities become the determining factor in a successful project. Our project team personnel have an average of over eighteen years of project experience.

Therefore, when we establish project controls, define subcontractor packages, evaluate and distribute contract documents, administer, monitor and inspect each project phase, we do so as your representative continually seeing the project through your eyes.
