Scope Of Work
What used to be an auto dealership lot and building was remodeled and expanded to become the new northern location of Coyne Powersports in Banning. DCI constructed a new 10,000 sq.ft. indoor showroom facility. The building was constructed using a pre-engineered steel building, metal studs and stucco textured and horizontal ribbed insulated metal wall panels providing cost effective construction. High ceilings , exposed ductwork and suspended LED lighting creates a modern showroom interior. The original 3,000 sq.ft. showroom building was remodeled for pre-owned vehicles administrative offices. The existing shop at the rear of the property was converted into parts and retail sales, vehicle assembly and repair bays.
