Scope Of Work
Pacific West Builders has recently completed the design and renovation of a 12,200 sq/ft wood framed, stucco and clay tile roof administration building at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach Norco Detachment. This building is part of a historical complex and care had to be taken with the design and construction of any exterior elements of the building. The renovations to this building included demolition and hazardous materials abatement, new offices, repairs to some existing framing, new interior finishes and doors, frames and hardware, new bathrooms and breakroom, upgrading the existing fire sprinkler system, and the installation of new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, security and data and communication systems. Exterior work included new mechanical and electrical enclosures, installing new windows and window framing to comply with ATFP requirements, and miscellaneous repairs to the roof and flashings.
