As Chief Financial Officer, Carl oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations – including accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, audit, and treasury – as well as management of financial risks.  With over 30 years of financial and management experience, including 18 years in the engineering consulting and construction management services industries, he is responsible for execution of the financial strategy supporting C.W. Driver’s growth and business plans, and providing leadership to the finance team.

As Chief Executive Officer, Dana maintains an active role in the day-to-day operations of C.W. Driver Companies. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction business including estimating, fieldwork and project management. Dana has devoted over 45 years to building the company while maintaining the founding principles of quality, workmanship and the commitment to client satisfaction.

As President, Karl is responsible for the administration and execution of all projects executed by C.W. Driver Companies. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and throughout his career has focused on client satisfaction while building relationships that result in repeat business. 

As Vice President of Corporate Services, Robb is responsible for internal and external support services including Information Technology, Human Resources, Training and Professional Development, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Constructability Reviews. He ensures these services are in alignment with the companies’ strategic objectives and that services are delivered in compliance with their stated Service Level Agreements and Customer Satisfaction requirements.

As Executive Vice President, Estimating & Preconstruction, John is responsible for the direction and management for the Estimating Department of C.W. Driver. He has built one of the most respected departments in the industry. He actively leads the preconstruction services of the company and reviews all budgets, estimates, cost studies and value analyses.

As Senior Vice President of Estimating & Preconstruction, Steve is responsible for the estimating functions company-wide, which includes conceptual estimating, budgets, negotiated, hard bid, value engineering and design/build estimates.

As the Vice President of Operations, Brent provides management, oversight, and leadership for select projects throughout . Through his leadership and close interface with the project team, he ensures that the team has the necessary support and resources to meet all obligations and to provide the best experience possible.

As Vice President of Field Operations, Brian provides extensive support and leadership for every C.W. Driver project. He actively reviews all field operations with the project teams, focusing on schedule adherence and quality control. Brian is also responsible for the implementation of the C.W. Driver Safety Program.

As the Vice President of Operations, Hank provides management, oversight, and leadership for select projects throughout the San Diego region. Through his leadership and close interface with the project team, he ensures that the team has the necessary support and resources to meet all obligations and to provide the best experience possible.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rich is responsible for the operational oversight and client satisfaction, including contract negotiations, staffing, scheduling, financial controls, reporting, and close-out for all projects throughout California.
