On some occasions these jobs are for work directly under government bidding contracts, and for others the contracts are bid pursuant to master contracts with federal or state requirements. In either situation, ABRN delivers on-time and in conformity with applicable governmental regulations.
ABRN Development Corporation is headed by Richard Nardo, President. Richard has enjoyed over 30 years in the construction business with experience spanning from large-scale commercial projects, highway and asphalt work, and municipal buildings, to custom residential projects. Having grown up in a commercial construction family, he started gaining his skills at an early age. Under Richard’s management, ABRN Commercial Concrete and ABRN Development Corporation have a reputation for completing construction projects on-time and within budget.
Richard holds an unrestricted Massachusetts Contractors License and current authorizations to do construction in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas. ABRN routinely applies for permits for other jurisdictions around the country as called for by individual projects.
