Mr. Taylor is the original founder of Epoxy Design Systems in 1977. Business development and consulting for the company are his primary duties. He has served on the board of directors for the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) from 1988-1994. Sika approved, trained and certified since 1979.

Mr. Merritt has extensive waterproofing structural repair and strengthening with product knowledge and  expertise in our industry, including responsibility for business development, estimating and project management.  He assists with innovative systems and methods for more efficient production in the field. He holds a MBA in Finance.

Mr. Davila has over 20 years in the concrete repair industry. He has extensive field experience, estimating and managing projects in excess of several million dollars in the New York City area. He is past president of the New York City Chapter of ICRI. Mike has returned to EDS after a fifteen year stint in NYC

Mr. Gaddis has provided his expertise to the firm for over 18 years. His ability to read and understand plans and specifications are outstanding. This provides for precise estimating, project management and execution by our field supervisors. In turn giving our client value for services rendered.

Mr. Thomason, is responsible for the continued daily operations of the firm. He delegates responsibilities to the shop manager, field supervisors and technicians. Client relations are also part of his responsibilities
