Bob Mullen's Bio
A seasoned veteran of the industry with over 35 years of US and international project experience, Bob Mullen is Chief Executive Officer of the Structure Tone organization. Since joining in 2004, Bob has spearheaded Structure Tone’s diversification both in market sectors and in geographic growth. As a result, the company is now listed on a number of ENR sector lists and operates in 20 locations throughout the US, Canada, Ireland and the UK. Bob has also been an advocate of Structure Tone’s culture of safety, sustainability and technology, including the ever-expanding expertise in virtual construction. A committed proponent of personal and corporate philanthropy, Bob is a board member of the Salvadori Center and United Way New York, is on the foundation Board of Trustees for the Jersey Shore University Medical Center and has been an honoree of the Boy Scouts of America Greater New York. Bob is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology with both a master’s and bachelor of science degree in civil engineering.
Brett Phillips's Bio
Brett Phillips serves as Chief Financial Officer for the Structure Tone organization. Brett oversees all financial management and information technology functions for the company and has over 30 years of experience in construction and related professional services industries.~ Brett provides overall direction and leadership of all financial operations within the Structure Tone corporate structure, including financial projections, controllership and audit related areas. He is responsible for coordinating tax preparation and compliance in accordance with tax strategies developed and instituted by the corporation’s trusts and advisers. He is also responsible for managing the corporation’s financial management plans and policies in compliance with FASB, GAAP and governmental taxing authorities.~ Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland. He is also a certified public accountant. Brett serves on the Advisory Board of Metro New York and Western New York Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Greg Dunkle's Bio
With over 25 years of experience managing full service construction companies, Greg Dunkle is an expert in development, design, pre-construction and construction services spanning multiple markets and sectors. As Chief Administrative Officer, Greg is responsible for the overall direction and leadership of Structure Tone’s Corporate Services group, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Safety, Risk Management, Legal Services and Compliance & Audit. He also plays a key role in the company’s merger and acquisition process, strategic planning and various operational improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Structure Tone, Greg served as Executive Vice President, Eastern Division Manager for Tutor Perini Corporation and spent 22 years with Gilbane Building Company. Greg is an LEED Accredited Professional, a CMAA Certified Professional and is OSHA 30 Hour certified.
James K. Donaghy's Bio
James (Jim) Donaghy is STO’s Executive Chairman. Jim learned the business from the bottom up, holding various positions in operations, estimating, and management of Structure Tone’s regional offices, and eventually leading the executive team for the entire STO organization. A dynamic and creative leader, Jim personifies the entrepreneurial spirit that is a hallmark of STO. He plays a key leadership role in setting the strategic direction of our organization and spearheads innovation within the firm to better serve clients and provide more opportunity for employees. When he is not taking on the role of project principal for some of our high-profile pursuits, projects, and accounts, he is typically working alongside the management teams on strategic plans to ensure a sustainable growth plan for STO. One of Jim’s passions is developing future leaders. He has championed the implementation of development and training programs and is also the driving force behind the company’s Learning 360? and Innovation 360? platforms. Through these world-class platforms, STO is able to help employees enhance technical and soft skills, develop future talent, and bring new, innovative ideas to fruition. As Executive Chairman, Jim also ensures the company’s unwavering commitment to community, particularly through leading by example. Jim is chairman of the Explorers and the Boy Scouts of America-Greater NY Council and was the chair of the Planning Committee for the Board of Trustees of St. Thomas Aquinas College from 2004 through 2010. He also sits on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Engineering School of Hofstra University, the Board of Directors for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-NYC Chapter and Cardinal Dolan’s Committee for Charity, among numerous other charitable organizations. Jim is a graduate of Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a graduate of the Columbia Business School Senior Executive Program (CSEP).
Joseph Cribbin's Bio
Joe Cribbin, with more than 32 years of commercialconstruction experience, leads Structure Tone Southwest, which includes the Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin offices, as well as satellite locations throughout the Southwest. Since taking over the helm of Structure Tone Southwest in mid-2013, Joe has successfully overseen the company’s growth and has expanded from the commercialbusiness into the mission critical and healthcare sectors to support the region’s rapidly growing economy.
Joe joined Structure Tone Southwest (formerly Constructors & Associates) in 1996 as a project manager, and was promoted to Managing Director/Project Executive for the Houston branch of Constructors in 1999, with the responsibility of all personnel and construction projects, including all aspects of budgeting, estimating, and field supervision throughout each project. In 2000, he became Regional Vice President and then Vice President for the Dallas office in 2016.
Joe is a past President of the 7x24 Exchange Lone Star Chapter, a leading mission critical industry support organization; a member of the board of governors; and a member of the executive board of Joey’s Dream Builders, charitable foundation that provides educational scholarships for the children of deceased or disabled construction colleagues.

Micheal Neary's Bio
As President of Structure Tone, Mike Neary oversees Structure Tone London, Structure Tone Dublin, Structure Tone New York, and Govan Brown. Over the last several years, Mike has served as Chief Operating Officer of Structure Tone New York, where he handled the day-to-day operations of Structure Tone’s largest business unit. On a daily basis, Mike is responsible for corporate strategy and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s worldwide presence. He continues to plan, manage, and direct all business functions for the New York office. Mike strives for outstanding performance on all of the firm’s projects and is personally committed to superior quality and client satisfaction. He has been with Structure Tone for over 35 years and is active with many charitable organizations, including serving as a board member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the ACE Mentor Program. Mike is a graduate of Princeton University.
Willliam Frederick's Bio
William (Bill) Frederick currently oversees our London operations. His construction career spans four decades, including years of expertise managing complex projects in the United States and abroad. ~ Before taking on the role in London, Bill served as an executive in Pavarini McGovern, an STO Building Group company focused on new building construction in New York City. At PMG, Bill worked directly with company leadership to fulfill their mission of achieving a higher standard as a full-service, client-focused construction firm.~ Prior to joining PMG, Bill held leadership positions at several prominent construction firms, including serving as CEO of a power system provider. In that role, Bill provided overall guidance to executive management and reported directly to the company’s board. For 12 years, Bill also served on the board of the Permanent Building Committee and on the Board of Finance, an elected position, in the town of his residence, New Fairfield, CT. He served as New Fairfield’s pro bono owner’s representative for the construction of over $47M of new additions at three of the town’s schools.
