Bob O'Brien's Bio
Bob is an integral part of Ridgemont’s culture and is committed to facilitating continual improvement aimed at empowering our people to provide exceptional client service. He leads Organizational Development and works with the Executive Management Team to ensure all aspects of the organization are continuously evolving in a way that guarantees Ridgemont continues to lead the industry regarding clients, their projects and our internal competencies to support them.
Under Bob’s leadership, Ridgemont Commercial Construction has grown from a company of ten employees to become one of the most successful privately-held construction management firms in the region.
Bob brings a career of valuable industry experience that began as a project superintendent and progressed through a variety of roles in the organization giving him expertise in all aspects of delivering the construction service. He is committed to our industry and has set on industry related committees such as the Board of Directors for TEXO. He also gives back to the community through his involvement in civic and charitable organizations.

Dennis Mason's Bio
Dennis is a veteran of the construction industry and is responsible for all aspects of field operations. He works closely with our superintendents and their teams, providing leadership and direction to all field personnel on each of Ridgemont's projects. This ensures compliance with the schedule, defined quality standards and most importantly, the safety of all people on the job site.
Dennis uses the lessons he has learned throughout his career to continually improve processes in the field. His ability to anticipate challenges, results in far fewer problems to be solved on the behalf of our clients. His knowledge of complex building systems is a major factor regarding the success of our client's projects.

Jason Lillard's Bio
As President of Ridgemont, Jason is responsible for creating a vision and establishing the direction of our company. Jason owns the strategic planning process which is primarily focused on diversification and differentiation. He is responsible for developing, coaching and mentoring the Executive Management Team enabling it to be the best in the industry. Jason fosters an environment that supports the Ridgemont culture and sets expectations for performance.
Jason has a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, partnering with the Executive Management Team to optimize the overall potential of the company. He is a very client-focused President and spends a considerable amount of time with our valued clients and other industry partners.
Since joining Ridgemont in 1999 as a Vice President, he has been an integral part of the company's evolution. His extensive knowledge of clients, markets, industry standards and best construction practices benefit our clientele and attribute to Ridgemont's success.

Paul Camp's Bio
As Vice President of Operations, Paul is responsible for having a vision and providing direction for all aspects of operations within the company. Operative aspects include the people, processes, procedures, tools and technology, that support our strategic plan, allowing the company to run efficiently and ensuring successful projects for our clients. Paul is constantly thinking about operational structure and how to develop our people to be the best in the industry regarding their own skill sets, abilities to work with each other and most importantly service our clients.
Paul is an integral part of recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training and developing Ridgemont personnel. He has been instrumental in directly impacting our competitive advantage, team proficiency and providing successful value based solutions throughout the construction process.
Paul oversees and provides executive level leadership to each of Ridgemont's projects with a focus on results and speed of implementation. He continually measures progress and adjusts processes accordingly to ensure operational excellence and the overall success of the company.

Estimating, Purchasing & Preconstruction
Wes Grant 's Bio
Wes Grant brings over ten years of estimating and preconstruction experience to the Ridgemont team. Wes has performed in a number of capacities including project estimator, preconstruction manager and senior preconstruction manager.
Wes joined Ridgemont in 2017 and has demonstrated the ability to provide leadership in the Preconstruction Department through cost effective construction budgets for multi-million dollar projects. Wes is responsible for driving efficiency and productivity through the final evaluation of financial performance.
Wes’ role also includes value engineering, schedule planning, strategic planning and coordination with the Architect as well as internal Project Team members throughout the preconstruction process.

Damon Norman's Bio
Damon brings over thirty years of experience in the construction industry leading teams of construction professionals from project conception to completion on multi-million dollar projects. His career has been built on a strong foundation in construction project management, with practical and creative insights into projects of all types and sizes. Our clients benefit from his well-versed understanding of industry trends, best practices and the quality relationships with the local subcontracting community.
Damon manages all aspects of preconstruction, estimating, project management, strategic planning, business development, client relations, and information systems for our office and industrial services.

Kevin Mezger's Bio
Kevin is an expert in the business of retail development/facilities and project management, and has established partnerships with local and regional retail developers and corporate retailers. He provides clients with consistent communication and oversees project delivery from start through warranty, including the execution of financial performance and delivery of client goals and objectives. Kevin elevates his team members to uphold the highest standards and provide consistent, best in class service to our retail clients.
In 2008, Kevin joined the Ridgemont team as an intern, working
his way up the ranks as an Assistant Project Manager, to a Project
Manager and in 2016 to a Senior Project Manager. Kevin has worked on
numerous large scale projects for Ridgemont and has proved his hard
work and management skills. Because of this Kevin was promoted to
Director of Retail Services in November of 2016.

Rich Piersee's Bio
Rich is an expert in delivering Healthcare & Senior Living construction projects. He works closely with our clientele to define realistic expectations and then utilizes our internal resources, which include preconstruction, project management and field operations to develop client confidence. In this process, frequent and accurate communication with all stakeholders is critical. One of Rich's key responsibilities is to coach, mentor and develop our people in the Healthcare & Senior Living group, continually elevating their expertise, resulting in the highest standards and service to our senior living clients.
Over the past 25 years Rich has gained perspective on the industry from an Owner's point of view as well as a Developer, Lender, Design & Licensing Consultant, and Contractor. He brings to the table an understanding of the unique needs of today's Healthcare & Senior Living Environment.

Dana Compton's Bio
Dana is responsible for overseeing client relationships, business development and strategic initiatives for Ridgemont. She is focused on planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. Dana thrives on formulating and executing project pursuit strategies, coordinating strong project team members and identifying new business opportunities for Ridgemont.
Dana joined Ridgemont in 2018, and has been instrumental in bringing a wide variety of industry knowledge to the company. Before working at Ridgemont Dana did Business Development and Marketing for other companies in the A/E/C industry.

Joey Johnson's Bio
Joey is responsible for overseeing client relationships, business development and strategic initiatives for Ridgemont. He is focused on delivering exceptional service by understanding our existing and potential client's needs and assessing how Ridgemont can bring value to their organization. Joey excels at providing consistent and accurate communication with clients and ensures they are aligned with the Ridgemont resources they need to accomplish their goals.
Joey joined Ridgemont as a Project Manager in 2005, and has been instrumental in the progression of the company. He assumed the role as Director of Retail Services beginning in February of 2013 and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development and Principal at Ridgemont in 2016.
