Our Story

We have built a reputation for service, quality and integrity in workmanship, complemented with competitive project pricing. We strive to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service in both commercial and residential site work, utilities and concrete.

We realize we are in the service business and take that responsibility seriously. Through experience, we are able to offer owners and builders value engineering through creative, unconventional, money saving construction methods. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by providing the highest level of service possible in a number of different ways.

* We provide detailed budgets with digitized computer takeoffs providing quantities of import and export material as well as printouts of the existing and proposed site. This allows owners and builders to take this information to bankers and provide very detailed budget information to secure financing on projects.

We have learned through listening to our clients that it is important to them to use the same contractor to do the complete site work/prep and utilities.  Includes, but is not limited to, foundations, water retention vaults, storm water detention

Offering full service in Division 2 work enables us to come onto the site and do everything from clearing, demolition, grading, utilities, trucking, concrete, rockeries, and paving. Having fewer subcontractors reduces "headaches" for the general and consolidates responsibilities.

We understand that the general contractor likes to work with the same superintendent throughout the job, therefore we appoint a superintendent to stay on site for the duration of the project. The on-site superintendent knows the job intimately and is able to answer questions on what was done, where things are located, and is knowledgeable on all the happenings of the job from start to finish. The superintendent also develops a relationship with the general contractor's superintendent, the inspectors and the other subcontractors on the job.

We own our own equipment and takes pride in running late model low hour equipment that attracts the most skilled operators as well as increasing productivity.

Our objective is to build a relationship with general contractors and their subcontractors working as a team with a relationship founded on service, trust, flexibility and value.
