Founded in 1982, Kingsley Constructors began as a heavy civil site work contractor specializing in underground utility construction and roadwork in the Greater Metropolitan Houston area.

For 30 years, Kingsley Constructors, Inc. has been providing quality, engineered construction solutions in the Texas Gulf Coast and surrounding regions. From initial beginnings in Heavy Civil construction, our experience and expertise has grown to include a wide range of premium services.
 

Our company’s focus is more than just constructing high-quality projects; we strive to think well beyond our client's expectations and provide turn-key, design-build construction solutions. By providing both engineering and construction solutions, we are able to offer a unique set of services for our clients, often eliminating the need for expensive third party design and construction layout services.
