Alex Sanchez brings to the CEI team 18 years of experience in the environmental/civil engineering and construction management arena with a focus in storage tank systems. As the Executive Vice President, Mr. Sanchez is responsible for all of CEI’s construction-related projects and oversees the largest division at CEI that includes a variety of Construction Professionals and Field Personnel.

Amanuel Worku brings 18 years of experience in managin environmental and construction-related projects. As the VP of Engineering Services, Mr. Worku is especially selected to handle high-profile and high-technical projects, and those requiring his unique combination of knowledge, experience, patience and the ability to transform “difficult” projects into successful ventures.

Christine Franklin has over 24 years of experience in the civil and environmental engineering field. As the president of one of the fastest growing minority firms in the nation (Top 100 HBE firms), Mrs. Franklin is responsible for steering and directing the accomplishment of the firm’s Mission of Best Value. From assisting clients in the formulation of their projects to implementing the firm’s strategic plan, she is in charge of ensuring that the firm fulfills its obligations to the stake-holders —namely its Clients, employees and the community.

Gabino Cuevas has over 30 years of environmental assessment and remediation. As CEI’s CEO, Mr. Cuevas is responsible for foreseen the environmental division. Mr Cuevas manages client relation and major marketing efforts. He has also provided expert testimony on legal proceeding related to contaminated sites and also worked as a regulator for Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management for five years. In addition, Mr. Cuevas was honored at Hispanic Business’ Entrepreneurial of Excellence Awards as the Heavy Industry Winner.

Jeff Northrup brings to our Team 30 years of experience managing a wide-range of environmental projects. As the Vice President of Sciences, Mr. Northrup manages major contracts and clients by combining experience, expertise, judgement, and sound fiscal practices to ensure that all project are completed within budgets and in accordance with approves regulatory permits.
