Pat Antkowski was promoted to Vice President of Construction. Antkowski joined Lemberg in 2000, serving as manager of construction. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and is a registered professional engineer with the state of Wisconsin. In his new role, Antkowski assumes responsibilities as a member of the company’s governing board. He will also continue leading the construction division at Lemberg, which includes the design-build services, estimating, purchasing and CAD departments, with a trademark data driven mindset.

Tim Scheid was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Scheid has been with Lemberg since 1979, acting as its vice president and chief operating officer and governing board member since 2002. With this experience, Scheid oversees all company operations, including marketing, training and customer service initiatives. Scheid has been instrumental in developing a culture of customer service and leadership at Lemberg.

Craig joined Lemberg in 2010, and now manages Data Communications projects for businesses across southeastern Wisconsin. His background includes all aspects of low voltage, data communications and security. Craig brings a unique blend of business acumen, creative problem solving and a deep understanding of technology to his project management role.

With a rich past of BICSI certification, 20 years of experience in the field as a technician and 10 years as a business owner, Craig has the ability to see a project from all sides. He has the perspective to assist his customers in planning for future growth and building cable structures that will support those plans.

A 25-year veteran in the field, Ernie has been the data communications division manager for Lemberg since 2008. Ernie takes a team approach to leadership. He facilitates a collaborative environment for creative problem solving within his team of experienced and talented technicians and project managers. He firmly believes that open, effective communications are the key to successful project completion.

With his leadership skills and a solid background as a technician, Ernie can take a high-level view of each project. He applies specialized knowledge in fiber backbone infrastructure and planning/designing complex data centers to create customized solutions for customers.

Lemberg hired Gerry Maier, service manager, to be part of a customer management team in the service division. Maier brings a customer-centric approach to his role and 26 years of experience in electrical work, materials handling, estimating, and design-build.  His previous clients include Miller Park, the Ambassador Hotel and Cintas.

“I look forward to assisting Lemberg in its growth and development,” he said.

Wendy has been a part of the Lemberg Data Communications team since 2013. She has a background in project management for low voltage voice and data as well as security to include CCTV and card access. Prior to joining Lemberg, Wendy worked as a project manager for 14 years in the telecommunications installation industry.

In her role as project manager, Wendy has managed a variety of successful projects. She emphasizes relationship management -- with her customers and her team members -- and draws from those different perspectives to create efficient and creative solutions.
