Danny A. Nubbe has been in the well drilling and geothermal industry for more than 30 years. He has vast experience and knowledge in residential, industrial and municipal well drilling, pump repairs and geothermal field systems. Danny has been an integral design consultant on numerous wells, pumps, water treatment systems and geothermal field systems from the mid-1970’s to the present! He is a “hands-on” president and co-owner both in the office and out in the field!

Nicholas G Schultz is a 4th generation well driller. With his extensive knowledge of well drilling, many come to him when they need a difficult job completed. Nick is the “go to” guy that will get the job done, but more than that….done right! He spends most of his time in the field, on the jobs to ensure customer satisfaction. He is our Vice-President and co-owner.
