The men from Monarch were great. They were professional, clean and efficient. I waited years to fix my doors because I didn't know who to trust. Well I can say with no doubt at all, these guys were excellent and I should never have waited. I found the right people who I trust. I will always recommend them to anyone. After visiting several other door companies in the area we stopped in to MONARCH ‘s show room They have all the materials and samples there for you to view their sales manager Chad was very friendly and informative and believe me my wife can ask 1 million questions she loves to be informed which also makes him patient MONARCH s staff was punctual and professional While at our home We decided to use Monarch and ordered our door. The door came in a timely matter and we were scheduled for installation. The installation crew did a great job Everything was sturdy and secure they even took care of a few issues with our old door opener (nice right) and everything was cleaned up before they left When we pulled into our driveway it definitely hit us with the WOW FACTOR. thanks again MONARCH you’re everything they say you are.

Monarch Doors came out and designed a custom rail setup to accomodate my garage bay so I could install a car lift. The door follows the 8/12 pitch of the ceiling perfectly and solved a problem that others felt couldn't be fixed.

Tony and Chad did the actual install and they were both friendly, professional and the job was well done. My garage is brand new construction and I'm beyond picky when work is being done out there. Their work was top notch.

I would highly recommend Monarch, especially if you need a custom install of some sort!

I purchased my home in November 2016 and as all things in homeownership my garage door system needed repairing. I wasn’t sure where to go but knew I wanted a local and well reputable company. After doing some research and calling around I contacted Monarch. I spoke with Mike who was a 100% professional! He explained the whole process and kept me updated the entire way. The techs that came out were quick and knowledgeable with the job and I couldn’t be happier! Monarch will have my business for life and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance or is even looking to purchase a new system. Great job guys.

Had two garage doors installed today, Monarch has been very professional and accommodating. The doors were special order with windows. I From first contact, estimator, and installer all were friendly, cooperative, and professional. I started at the orange box store and was attended to by a person who knew nothing about the product and could answer no questions as they tried to fill in the computer info. Their price was higher and there were no extras included. They wanted all the money up front before the job was even looked at. I am happy to do business with Monarch. I highly recommend these folks for quality work

It is not often these days that one's expectations are exceeded, indeed it's very rare, but we can certainly attest that our new garage doors at our shop are all that and more! Dealing with Monarch Garage Doors has been an excellent experience all around. The company was recommended to us by an associate within BNI (a business network group with are a part of). Tom, the owner, took the opportunity to come out on-site almost immediately to assess what exactly we were looking to do. His professionalism, and the excellent range of products, persuaded me to buy all of our new garage doors from this company. We waited just a few weeks until the doors arrived and Monarch’s install team came on site. We cannot praise their installation work highly enough; this install was not just a standard swap of doors given one was expanded to be taller. In addition, the install team really worked with us allowing us to continue to operate our auto repair shop and they worked around our needs. The quality of workmanship was first class and we simply could not be happier with our new garage doors. Thank you Monarch Garage Doors for such a spectacular experience all-around!

I love this company, the service has been great they been out to her three times for issues unrelated to anything on their part, and in each case it was a different guy and each was better than the next and polite, efficient and neat. It’s great when you’re find a company to provide service that you know it’s going to be there whenever you need them. And I have an unusually large single heavy door with a little garage ceiling the present some unique problems and it never seems to phase them. I wish they were a multi service contractor.

A long story... we've owned this home for 25 years. The house is over 40 years old. We have had a love/hate relationship with the old door - standard builders door.

Monarch did work for my husbands office in the past and he loved them, ergo, we would love them here too!!

From ordering a door with Chris, to the install with Anthony and Mark, it's been a great experience!

Chris walked me through options and various looks for the house and was patient while I waffled with choices.

After a nightmare experience with a competitor, I decided to work w Home Depot. My garage door was ordered through Monarch Door Co. As promised & on schedule I was fortunate enough to meet Bob & Roy! Wow what a difference in experience, professionalism & personality! These guys were truly gentlemen! They explained the process, were extremely patient with my questions & completed the job while exceeding my expectations! Thank you guys! You're the best!

I contacted Monarch Door about 5 weeks ago for a garage door estimate and they set me up with Chad as my estimator. From the time I spoke to Chad and got pricing back was no more than 2 days. My wife loved the options he gave her for a walnut finished door and we decided to hire Monarch for our doors. Chad put in the special order right away and about a week and half later our framing crew made a mistake and framed the wall height wrong so our doors wouldn't work. I was stressed out and reached out to Chad right away, it turns out he was on vacation so I dealt with someone in the office to cancel and reorder new doors to fit. Later that night Chad reached out to me to find out what was going on and at this point we realized the framing mistake. Chad walked me through my sizing options and was able to help me get doors that would still work to get my truck in. I was a little bummed that the framing mistake would affect my lead time on the doors and it was my surprise when Chad contacted me to let me know the doors were in early and they would be out to install them on the original schedule. I'm blown away by the service Monarch and Chad provided me. I'm not easy to work for, I'm very picky and have high expectations for service providers. Tony the installer totally met my expectations as well as the rest of the team at Monarch. I'm very happy and will refer them to everyone.

The techs here helped me work through various was to repair the garage door I hit (mine) with my car. Available to me was replacing part of the wooden door, replacing both garage doors with metal etc. I probably overkill the research to figure out all the costs for all the options. They were very patient and very helpful. They worked hand in glove with me to create the best deal that would work in my situation (I like to do some of the work to save money. The results are amazing and a great price. I highly recommend them so happy. Only one negative, someone smoked in the garage. As an ex smoker I am very sensitive about it. Please don't smoke in customers garages,

Monarch Door company provided amazing customer service from day one. Starting with coming to my home to measure and see the job to the install which was seamless.

They took all precautions to insure that the correct size garage door was ordered and that they would have everything they needed to do the job.

All parties involved were professional, competent, organized and friendly. From the front office staff that called to schedule to the owner to the installers...all did an amazing job with a smile. The installers, Bob and Ryan, went over the location of the hardware with me, explained the basic function and operation of the mechanics AND all of my questions were answered. They took away all debris and the final product is beautiful! It now functions even better than the previous door.

I highly recommend this company with absolutely no reservations. I am an extremely happy customer who will refer this company over and over again to everyone I know.

Customer service was and is over the top from start to finsh. Michael our salesman was upfront honest and very easy to get along with. Our technician was polite, efficient, and did great work. I have had the opportunity to need Monarch to repair our existing garage door twice. Both times the needed repair was done quickly, efficiently, and correctly at a fair price. Michael and Vance were both courteous and knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in their work. In fact, they correctly diagnosed and corrected a poor installation done by our builder (incorrect springs). I highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with Monarch from start to finish. Our estimator Chad was great at explaining all of their products to getting us his quotes for all of the different products we had chosen in a timely manner. Once we made a decision, the Ashley in the front office was super friendly in giving us all of the information that we needed and explaining the process. Last but not least, Ryan our installer was punctual, extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and did a great job at explaining all of the ins and outs of both the door and the opener. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The installer came on time and did a phenomenal job. I felt bad because I forgot to clear the area away from the garage but it wasn’t an issue. The installer was polite and diligent. The work he completed was precise and clean. The door they took away was a mess and installed a beautiful finished product.

They showed up right on time and it only took them 2 hours!! They took the old one and the new one looks even better than I thought it would. Plus it's so much quieter than the old one and much more sturdy!! The man that installed it was so nice too he was very patient with all my questions. Love love love!!!!

Our garage door was not working properly and someone told us that we needed new springs.  I called Monarch and the technician took one look and said we did not need new springs.  He adjusted the tension and added a missing safety cable.  He also lubricated all three garage doors without being asked to do so.  Very honest and professional.  Will definitely use them from now on.

Dealing with Monarch Door was a great customer experience from start to finish.  On Saturday I scheduled a service appointment for the following Wednesday.  On Tuesday they called back to confirm the appointment.  Mark, their technician, arrived on time and was very professional.  He adjusted the torsion springs, tightened the hinge bolts, lubricated everything and answered all of my questions.  The price for the service call was very reasonable.  I will definitely call them the next time the door needs service.
