Our Story
Quality Overhead Door has been a family owned and operated business since 1996. I’ve been in the garage door business for over 30 years following a simple, yet effective, formula for success since day one, “If you treat people like family and give them a fair price, you’ll always be in business.”
Our family owned and operated business has a staff of 13 dedicated and highly-skilled employees. My son, Nathan has worked for me for the last 14 years. He provides the services, installations and runs the daily warehouse duties. My daughter, Joani, runs the day to day operations in the office and manages marketing.

We buy directly from Clopay, who have been manufacturing beautiful, durable and reliable garage doors for nearly 50 years. They are North America’s largest residential garage door manufacturer since 1996, the only garage door brand backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal. We also buy directly from Liftmaster/Chamberlain, whom has named us an authorized Liftmaster ProVantage dealer. We stand behind our products and services because of the reliable reputation that each of these manufacturers obtain.
In today’s market, we are noticing that it’s extremely hard to compete with other garage doors companies because they are selling the inferior, low-end products that have taken over the garage door industry because they provide better margins for profit. However, we know that we can compete with the products that we sell, install and stand behind. We don’t want to stand behind an inferior product from another manufacturer, which is why we have been buying from Chamberlain and Clopay since the start.
