Mr. Wanzek has 25 years of Civil and Structural engineering, Construction Management and Inspection and Project Management experience. Manuel Cisneros's Bio
Mr. Cisneros graduated from Bradley University located in Central Illinois. He has experience designing steel framing systems for buildings in the Midwest and Western Coast, including Alaska, as well as western Canada. The building frames that he designed ranged from car dealerships, office buildings, hangers, and manufacturing/fabrication facilities. Mr. Cisneros also has experience as a plant engineer in a precast manufacturing facility. He was responsible for overseeing the designs of precast concrete vaults, culverts, and pads. He supervised the Quality Control team in order to assure quality assurance on the precast manufactured material. As a plant engineer, he oversaw schedules, crane and maneuvering capabilities, concrete mix design requirements, and audits of other manufacturing plants in the Midwest and West Coast regions. Mr. Cisneros has passed the NCEES national engineering exam and is currently working to pass the California Seismic and Surveying exams in order to obtain the Professional Engineering License in the State of California.
