Philip McDowell, founder of McDowell Scheduling, Inc., established the company in 1988 to meet the growing needs of the construction industry. He has worked with the many disciplines in the construction industry, including owners, architects, engineers, governmental agencies, general contractors and subcontractors. Preconstruction networks, construction schedule development, project controls, time impact analysis, are just some of Mr. McDowell’s areas of expertise. He is also a qualified expert witness in delay claim analysis. Mr. McDowell teaches Construction Planning & Management Systems at UCLA Extension, Primavera P6 application.
