Andres M. Baquerizo is the Senior Project Manager and Engineering Director of HJ Foundation. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida, USA and Colombia, South America with more than 15 years of design-build experience.

Andres received his Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Los Andes University located in Bogota, Colombia, South America and his Master’s degree in civil engineering from Florida International University. He was employed by Ivan Baquerizo & Cia from 1993 to 2002, a design-build company with emphasis in consulting, and became Vice-president in 1998 after successfully completing more than 70 projects including soccer stadiums, hospitals and governmental buildings across the nation

Andres joined HJ Foundation in 2002 where he has been successfully involved in more than 500 Projects including augered piling, vibro-compaction, excavation shoring and tremie seals across the nation.

Andres is an active member of various organizations including ASCE and DFI; and maintains an active connection with the University of Miami and Florida International University through conferences at the Graduate level.

Andres is married and a proud parent of two wonderful children.

Frank Fonseca is president of HJ Foundation, a Keller Company.  In addition to his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Frank has a Masters degree in Engineering from Rensselaer and an MBA from the University of Miami.  Frank worked several years with a family general contracting business and then with Brown and Root.  His background in general contracting and construction provide a unique insight to the clients’ needs.  HJ addresses these needs by providing complete scopes of work on all our projects.  Frank has led HJ Foundation to expand their geographical footprint since the acquisition by Keller Foundations in 2007.  HJ Foundation now has offices in Miami, Tampa, Atlanta and Chicago.  These offices allow us to service the Florida, Greater Southeast and Midwest markets with our unique complete scope approach to the deep foundation business.  HJ’s specific product offerings are augercast piling, displacement piling, design-build earth retention systems and underwater construction/tremie seals.  

Jose M. Delgado is the Lead Estimator and a Project Manager of HJ Foundation. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2003 and his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2005; degrees obtained at Florida International University.

Jose joined HJ Foundation in 2002 where he has prepared estimates for thousands of projects and has managed hundreds of projects including augered piling and excavation shoring. Notable projects managed include the Miami Intermodal Center, Marina Blue Condominium, 900 Biscayne Condominium, The Plaza on Brickell, Dolphins Stadium and Miami Marlins Stadium, among many others. Jose is the proud parent of two wonderful children (both under 4 years old).

Jose A. Martinez is currently the Operations Manager at HJ Foundation. In addition to his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute), Jose has a Masters degree in Manufacturing Management from the University of Michigan. He joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining HJ Foundation, Jose was an Engineering Project Manager at Du Pont where he provided engineering and project management expertise to various equipment upgrade projects implemented in a Titanium Dioxide plant located in Mexico. Previous to that he was a Manufacturing Engineer at General Motors involved in the design and construction of a Vehicle Assembly Plant located in Lansing, Michigan.  

Vincent S. Palazzolo is the Chief Financial Officer of HJ Foundation. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. Prior to joining HJ Foundation in 2000, Vincent was the CFO of a manufacturing company and had over 16 years in public accounting with an international accounting firm serving as the Audit Department Head and specializing in the construction industry.
