Scope Of Work
DAVACO provides white-glove delivery and installation of Medline Industries capital equipment and inventory supplies in urgent care, express and private doctor’s office locations.
Individual locations place replenishment or new clinic set up orders directly with Medline.
DAVACO’s flexible solution allows Medline’s vendors to ship directly to DAVACO’s regional distribution centers, while Medline also ships consumable supplies to the same locations; reducing shipping time and associated costs.
DAVACO receives and consolidates all equipment, materials and supplies and kits together 30-40 varying pieces of capital equipment from 8-10 suppliers and over 100 consumable inventory supplies to prepare for delivery and installation.
