Brianna Jesse's Bio
Brianna works with Bogard's Construction Management team assisting and coordinating projects during all phases - from inception programming, budgeting, scheduleing, site analysis, design, construction documents, bidding, contract award, construction administration and inspection, close-out, and occupancy.
Brianna comes to Bogard after gaining experience with UCSC Physical Planning, Development & Operations as an Assistant Project Manager as well as Accounts, Records, and Contracts Assistant.
Dave Sullivan's Bio
After beginning his career in architecture and planning, Dave Sullivan found his passion in construction. Dave has worked on a variety of complex construction projects including industrial, healthcare, multi-family residential and commercial buildings. Utilizing that experience, Dave serves as the construction manager for multiple large-scale public projects incorporating fast-track multiple-prime and stipulated sum delivery methods. To date, he has successfully delivered more than $400 million in public works construction projects. His on-site experience plays a key role in meeting the demands of challenging projects for Bogard Construction.

David Tanza's Bio
David has more than 30 years of professional experience in all aspects of the construction industry, from site development to construction closeout. Joining Bogard in 1999, he provides construction and project management for major capital improvement programs, and major and minor alterations projects. David has supported many of our client’s projects in the role of owner’s representative and has assisted clients with document review, cost estimating and budget analysis.
Derek Bogaard's Bio
Derek will coordinate and provide general direction of on site work and progress of subcontractors. He will establish on site organization and lines of authority in order to carry out the overall plans of the Construction Team.

Involved in all phases of construction – including preconstruction services, scheduling and project management – Jared is our expert in cost estimating and project budgeting, from concept through the bidding phase. He also manages all aspects of construction projects – from initial planning, value engineering, budgeting and plan reviews through occupancy and project closeout. During the construction phase, he oversees scheduling, cost control, contract administration, contract document interpretation and change order negotiation. His experience and focus is vital in maintaining Bogard Construction’s reputation for delivering projects on-time and on-budget.

Mark brings over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector of construction and management expertise to Bogard Construction. He has managed the completion of multiple, high-quality projects on time and within budget. He oversees all aspects of a project, from start to finish, by coordinating efforts involving the internal team, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, while adhering to Bogard's quality standards and client satisfaction.
Mark works with government agencies as necessary to comply with all federal, state, and local building codes, ordinances, and regulations, while maintaining the highest standards for safety and quality. His role entails managaing relationships with internal and external parties in order to successfully coordinate project scope, resolve conflict, and facilitate success.

With 15 years of design and commercial construction management, Nona brings a sophistication to client management with an ownership mentality. Responsible for ensuring successful execution of all project scopes, strategies and budgets, Nona has contributed to managing day-to-day construction activities with direct accountability for project delivery - including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

Ryan Bogaard's Bio
Ryan has risen to the position of Project Manager, based on his critical role in various Institutional, Office Building and Healthcare projects. He is responsible for total project management, including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure his projects remain on schedule and within budget.
In addition, Ryan holds the internal title of "Chief Technology Officer" as his tech-savvy skills are integral to streamlining Bogard's cloud-based project management systems, which makes Ryan a critical liaison between the office and the jobsite.

Victor Bogard, Jr.'s Bio
Vic Bogard has been involved in virtually every aspect of construction and development. From building homes in the fifties with his dad, to the present cutting edge company, constructing the most modern and beautiful buildings in central and northern California. He has developed many projects from beginning to end: finding property, developing plans, working with owners and architects, and assisting with the move-in of a satisfied tenant.
After 46 years in the industry, he decided to retire and turn his shares of Bogard Construction, Inc. over to his son Chip. Currently, Vic serves as consultant and advisor to the Board of Directors of Bogard Construction.
Vic still enjoys going to the office, but in the afternoons you will often find him puttering in his workshop. He now has time to pursue his love of history, reading and travel, but his first love is still working with wood.

Jeff Lee's Bio
Jeff has been in the construction field as a project manager for more than 20 years. As an estimator and project manager for Bogard Construction, Jeff has managed and priced the construction of a variety of construction projects, including medical facilities and retail projects. Jeff’s expertise is in preparing detailed cost estimates and developing scopes of work for our subcontractors. Prior to joining Bogard he worked as an estimator for a large GC specializing in public works projects, including a large-scale, underground subway project in San Francisco.

Sarah Michels is a valuable addition to Bogard's team, bringing with her 20 years of experience in risk management, project management, human resources and operations. Sarah is working with the estimating team supporting the bidding process, as well as collaborating on other Bogard projects, monitoring work in progress, processing invoices, and submittals.
