Scope Of Work

The Watters Creek Hotel and Convention Center is a 280,500 square foot facility offering 300 hospitatlity rooms, a five star restaurant, and a courtyard with an outdoor pool.  The hotel structure has a single story steel/concrete podium deck and five stories of vertical framing; the convention center is a combination of tilt-wall and steel framing, with curtain wall drive entries.  Interior spaces feature 90,000 square feet of convention/ballroom/meeting space.  The 40,000 square foot main convention hall has an attached six story parking garage capable of housing up to 1,000 vehicles. The Watters Creek project is just one on a list of projects on which Crossland has partnered with the hospitality industry giant.
