Scope Of Work
Bunnell Hill Construction completed the construction of the Melink HQ2 30,000 SF office and warehouse and light assembly building in late 2019.
This is the second commercial development project we have built for Melink; we previously completed their first Headquarters (HQ1) in 2005. That previous facility was an example of sustainable “green” construction; it was Ohio’s first LEED Gold certified building and achieved Platinum status after completion. The new facility is a Zero-Energy building and will serve as a model for how to design and build Zero-Energy properties.
