Jeff has been active in commercial real estate brokerage with the Schueler Group of companies for nearly a decade. Before joining us, he spent 13 years in local and state government, which provided him with a unique background that helps him successfully complete any type of sale.

Joe focuses on developing complex projects involving large land transactions, public infrastructure funding, and attractive incentive programs that work for all involved including landowners, government officials and corporate clients.

Kevin joined Bunnell Hill, our in-house commercial construction company, in 1992 as a sales agent, and today he is responsible for its day-to-day operations. Kevin is a licensed Realtor and also sits on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Warren County.

Mike Schueler has a deep commitment to the communities in Southwest Ohio.  Our company is a fully integrated, multi-company structure that ensures Schueler Group is a single point of contact for a comprehensive set of real estate development and construction services.  As president and CEO, Mike is personally involved in each project, whether it involves brokerage, development, construction, or site management for newly built facilities. Schueler Group has completed commercial developments for numerous companies throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic — as far south as Georgia and as far east as Maryland. Mike is committed to giving back to the community with both past and present involvement in Mount St. Joseph University, University of Cincinnati, Warren County Republican Party, Urban Land Institute, and various chambers of commerce.  He earned a B.S. from Northwestern University, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago School of Business and an honorary Ph.D. from the University of Mount St. Joseph. Mike and his wife, Digi, are active throughout the Greater Cincinnati area with social service and arts organizations. 

Robin joined the Schueler Group in 2017 as the Accounting Controller. Today as the CFO Robin oversees all financial aspects of the Schueler Group and its companies.  Robin has more than 25 years of experience in finance and operational oversite.  Before joining us, she spent 20 years in the broadcast industry.

Jen Clonch represents Henkle Schueler and Associates in Northern Ohio. Jen previously worked with us as a sales agent from 2010 – 2013 before transferring to Northern Ohio with her family where she continued her real estate career.

Mark brings a background of client development and business management to the team with companies including Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels. Mark was the recipient of the Dayton Business Journal 40 under 40 Award (2001).

Mike Lovell has joined Henkle Schueler as a commercial sales agent. Prior to joining Henkle Schueler, Mike was a Lebanon Fire Fighter/EMT for seven years. He attended Mount Saint Joseph University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. Mike played on the MSJ Football team where he was captain of the team two of his four years. He was named the Male Athlete of the Decade in 2009. Mike lives in Lebanon with his wife and son.

Sean Bradley is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Kentucky. Sean is an established sales leader with strong management and communication skills. He will be focused on expanding Schueler Group's reach into the Northern Kentucky market.

Sean earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. He lives in Burlington, KY with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching youth sports, that include implementing solid life values with his players.

Tom is a “hands on” manager with 20+ years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, and operational leadership with AT&T, Time Warner and Qwest. Tom is a linchpin in our seamless service and single point-of-contact approach.

Brad has spent the majority of his career within The Schueler Group of Companies and joined our commercial real estate division in 2011. Brad is well known and highly respected throughout the industry, serving as president of the Ohio Board of Realtors and trustee of the Ohio Association of Realtors.

Jackie joined The Schueler Group in 2012 as a marketing and sales associate. She has worked behind the scenes marketing and selling properties and recently became an active agent.

Rob is a licensed Broker in the State of Ohio with a vast knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati commercial real estate market. His expertise in the fields of the retail, office, industrial, development and construction make him invaluable to the clients he serves. He has had great success serving some of the area’s largest corporations and small businesses as they achieve their real estate goals. His ability to locate and negotiate a deal to best serve his client is unparalleled. Rob has a degree in Sport Management with Minors in Business and Marketing from Mount St. Joseph University.
