Brian Lauterjung's Bio
Brian graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1996 with a
Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Immediately
following graduation Brian worked for JPI in Irving, Texas. His
initial role was in the construction accounting department and he
completed his employment in the Asset Management group as a financial
analyst. Brian began working for Rizzo Construction in January of
1999. He has almost 20 years of experience managing a wide range of
projects, from tenant finish out to ground up construction with full
site development. Brian's duties at Braun & Butler include new
business development, working with owner and design teams during
pre-construction, project cost estimating, negotiating contracts with
owners and subcontractors, developing and updating construction
schedules, writing subcontracts and purchase orders, and managing subcontractors.
Brian's experience, leadership, and affable personality have
allowed him to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, local
architects and engineers, and subcontractors and vendors. His
knowledge and commitment to safety make him an invaluable asset to the
projects he leads. In his free time Brian enjoys spending time with
his wife Andrea and their two children. He also enjoys hunting,
fishing, and playing soccer.
Kenton Heinz's Bio
Kenton joined Braun & Butler Construction upon graduation from Texas A&M University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science. He served as a project manager and estimator for 13 years, Vice President for Operations for nine years, and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer. In 2008 he earned the LEED Accredited Professional certification from the US Green Building Council. Additionally, in 2014 Kenton earned the Certified Construction Manager designation through the Construction Management Association of America. Kenton is actively involved in CEFPI as well as the Austin Chapter of AGC, for which he is currently serving as immediate past Chair-person. Kenton lives in Cedar Park with his wife, Kellye and children Peyton, Sarah and Anna. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, photography, spending time with his family at their land in Burnet, and cheering on his beloved fighting Texas Aggies on game day.

Allen Sutherland's Bio
Allen joined Braun & Butler Construction as a Superintendent in 2016. He brought with him over 37 years of experience in the construction industry. Besides his extensive background in high-quality interior construction, Allen's attention to detail and remarkable leadership skills significantly contribute to any project. He has in-depth knowledge of project management and hands-on experience with complex data research activities. As a Superintendent, Allen's objective was to control the projects' safety, quality, and short-term schedule. He was responsible for day-to-day on-site field operations. In 2020, Allen shifted roles and became an Estimator. As an Estimator, Allen works closely with the V.P. of Preconstruction Services to provide clients with competitive proposals. His key responsibility is to estimate particular projects' work by gathering subcontractors' bids, construction plans and specifications, and other related documents. He reviews and evaluates cost estimates and communicates with trade partners and team members to fully understand the work scope to bid. Then proposals are prepared in detail to provide the Owner, as required. An essential function for our estimators is to establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors to offer the best overall quality at fair market value.
Colin Juren's Bio
Colin joined Braun & Butler Construction in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University. Colin served as superintendent for three years, project manager for 6 years and was promoted to Vice President in 2012. In 2008, Colin earned the LEED Accredited Professional certification from the US Green Building Council. Colin lives in Round Rock with his wife, Amanda, and children Emma and Jack. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and coaching the kids football and soccer teams. Colin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys time at the ranch and at the coast. He is also a moose on the golf course. Do not let him lure you into a friendly wager for the longest drive, he will win every time.

Damon Pfaltzgraff's Bio
Damon joined Braun & Butler Construction in 2018 as a Project Manger. He received his Bachelors degree of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and his Masters in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Damon served in the U.S. Army for 24 years which has provided him with outstanding leadership skills. He has advanced expertise in managing large scale operations which is an absolute benefit to any project. Damon lives in Harker Heights his wife Maryann and 2 kids. His son Dustin is a Sophomore at Texas A&M, and his daughter Cathy is a junior in high school. In his spare time, Damon loves running and biking.
Jon Hunter's Bio
Jon graduated from California State University, Chico in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Prior to moving to Texas, Jon lived in California where he was a licensed general contractor and owned a successful residential and light commercial construction company. Jon officially joined the Rizzo Construction team in 2016, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. This level of experience allows Jon to bring a wide range of valuable skills to the projects that he manages. In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife Sherri and his daughter. He and his family are avid travelers and love to travel to new destinations every chance they get. He also enjoys playing golf and watching football.
Kris Lawson's Bio
Kris joined the Braun & Butler team in 2014. She is the Office Manager at our Cedar Park location and is in charge of Accounts Payable. Kris has a degree in film and television from New York Institute of Technology. She currently lives in Westlake and enjoys spending time with her family. She has three children; her daughter Jordan is attending Texas Tech University, her son Arizona is a graduate of the University of Texas, and oldest son Nicolas graduated from Texas Tech Law School.
Kyle Pearson's Bio
Kyle began his career with Braun & Butler in 2005 as a Superintendent and served in that role for nine years managing diverse projects including schools, fire stations, multi-family, and medical. Kyle currently serves as a project manager where he gets to use his field experience combined with his excellent management skills to create an outstanding project. Relationships are the key to success in any endeavor, and Kyle excels at understanding and meeting the needs of our clients. His calm approach, knowledge of the industry, commitment to safety, communication, and leadership make him a valuable addition to any project. Kyle lives in Liberty Hill with his wife, Kristen, and daughter Kinsley. Kyle is a gifted guitar player and uses his talent to support the worship team at his church. Kyle likes to relax outdoors at the lake or just taking in Oklahoma football. Boomer Sooners!

Kaci Roberts's Bio
Kaci joined Braun & Butler in 2006. Since then, she has learned every aspect of the construction industry; her knowledge has greatly benefited our corporation. Because of her vast abilities and strong work ethic, Kaci has held multiple positions over the course of her tenure with Braun & Butler which led her to a promotion as Controller in 2012. Kaci lives in Elgin with her husband, Matt, and children Wesley, Miranda, and Samantha. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping and hiking at one of the area lakes, and fishing on the coast. Kaci is also very involved with her church, serving as Chairman of the Finance Committee and as Sunday School leader for the pre-teen class.

Austin Rocha's Bio
Austin came to Braun & Butler in 2016 with a background in general maintenance and ranch work. He managed a 300 acre whitetail breeding operation, as well as ranch activities. In addition, he has worked in construction related trades his whole life. He learned a lot from his father, who is a very skilled carpenter. During high school, Austin picked up welding and fabrication, both of which have been passions of his ever since. While in college earning his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at Texas A & M, he was able to coordinate a student organization of 600+ student participants in a feat of will power and engineering and was safety coordinator for the student bonfire. Braun & Butler Construction offered him the opportunity to further his knowledge and skill sets, as well as challenge him mentally. Austin was immediately drawn to the family orientated environment that Braun & Butler has throughout the company and with its customers. It was a natural fit. He is OSHA 30 qualified and has certifications in CPR, AED, and first aid. This Eagle Scout is also involved in the following organizations: NRA, ACTS, Ducks Unlimited, and AGC. Austin currently lives in Austin with his 3 dogs and enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, skiing, and anything outdoors. In addition, he is always cheering on his fellow Aggie alumni football and baseball players.
Cliff Frank's Bio
Cliff joined Braun & Butler in 2007 with 26 years of military service in administration, training, logistics, aviation maintenance, and flight operations. He attended University of Texas in Austin and has worked in construction for 15 years. A year after retiring, Cliff realized retirement was not for him and jumped back into the construction industry as a superintendent for Braun & Butler. Along with a pilot's license, Cliff has his certification in first aid, CPR, and OSHA 30. Cliff lives in Manor where he enjoys flying, boating, long range shooting, and fishing. He has two sons and grandchildren who live in California and a daughter who lives here in Texas.
Darrell Quinlivan's Bio
Darrell joined the Braun & Butler team in 2013 after serving 11 years with the Unites States Navy Seabees. He served as a builder second class (E-5). Darrell uses all of the discipline and organizational skills acquired during his service to our country to run a smooth running, well coordinated job site. In addition to his time as a Navy Builder, Darrell has extensive skills as a craftsman and is OSHA 30 qualified along with certifications in first aid and CPR. Darrell and his wife, Dawn, live in Lockhart and are passionate about cycling. They both recently completed the Tour Du Rogue, a ride that benefits the American Red Cross and consists of cycling from Houston, Texas to New Orleans, Louisiana (537 miles) over a 6 day period. Darrell and Dawn have two daughters and 2 beautiful granddaughters.
Greg Berlin's Bio
Greg started at Braun & Butler in 2019 as a Project Superintendent. He earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Urban Planning and Environmental Management from Southwest Texas State in 1992. He came to Braun & Butler after 24 years in the residential sector of the construction industry. Greg's experience as a Homebuilding Senior Project Manager has provided him with full knowledge of general construction, purchasing, estimating, contract negotiations, land development, quality control, and Storm/Fire restoration. He has extensive knowledge in construction procurement, contracting, and project supervision. In addition, his design background assists in his expertise of project development. Greg is adept at managing project schedules and coordinating reviews to ensure compliance with contract documents, scopes of work, and budgets. He demonstrates a broad set of strengths such as motivating and facilitating teams, clear and concise communication, analytical problem solving, and strategic planning. Greg currently resides in Round Rock. He and his wife have two daughters in college. He enjoys soccer and surfing. When he's not managing a jobsite or spending time with his family, Greg loves to go sailing.
Ian Doyle's Bio
Ian joined Braun & Butler in 2019 as a Project Superintendent. He brought him many years experience in the construction and management trade. Ian started in the Navy being trained as a Carpenter/Mason, moved up the ranks to Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager and finally Senior Project Manager. He served 26 years in the Naval Construction Force also known as Seabees. Ian is highly trained in all aspects of construction management from plan development, personnel assignment, logistical procurement, maintaining budget, plan implementation, execution, and supervision of project in accordance with scope. His skills and abilities are a major asset to have on a job. Ian lives outside of Gatesville with his wife Michelle. He has three grown children, his sons Seth and Aidan, daughter Jainan and one granddaughter. This baseball fan enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, shooting, and hunting.
James Castillo's Bio
James came on board with Rizzo Construction in 2006 and has since led several successful projects to completion. Prior to working with Rizzo Construction, James owned his own business and the experience of running a successful business is reflected in his work. He is a great problem solver, bilingual, independent, and has brought a wide variety of project experience with him to Braun & Butler. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Jeff Krueger's Bio
Jeff came to Braun & Butler after a 17 year career in commercial drywall and framing. He is, to this day, one of the most talented layout people you will ever meet. Jeff joined the company in 2001 as a young superintendent and quickly became one of our most trusted and talented superintendents. In addition to certifications in first aid, CPR, and OSHA 30 hour safety, Jeff drives himself to learn more about our business on every project. Jeff likes to balance out his work life with a healthy dose of family and church and relaxes by going fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, hiking and volunteering.
Keith Farrell's Bio
Keith has been with Braun & Butler since 1996. His skills as an expert craftsmen gave him a solid foundation to become a great superintendent. Keith has an incredible ability to organize multiple tasks and activities. This skillset has led to Keith to become a lead superintendent in the job order contracting division. He will routinely face multiple projects at any given time ranging in value from $10,000 - $1,000,000. Keith likes to get away from work by spending time with his two children. He also enjoys fishing and is an avid hunter.
Lee Burleson's Bio
Lee joined the Braun & Butler family in 2019 as the Project Manager Assistant. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from University of Texas at Austin. She may have been new to the construction industry; however, Lee has several years of professional administrative experience in the education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Her specialized skills and great personality has been an exceptional addition to our administrative team. Lee lives in Cedar Park with her husband Gary, son Chris who is a Sophomore at UT, one dog, and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, golf, bicycling, and anything outdoors. In addition, Lee is an active volunteer with Austin Pets Alive.
