Scope Of Work
Fully air conditioned, handicapped accessible 3-story school with a gross area of 47,000 sq. ft. for students in pre-kindergarten through 3rd grade. Features include standard and special education classrooms, library, cafeteria, multi-purpose recreation room and a medical suite. There is a 5000 sq. ft. schoolyard which includes an early childhood playground.
