Replacement of Architectural and Mechanical items damaged by Hurricane Sandy, including heating plants, boiler room equipment, finishes, furniture, electrical, plumbing, etc. New resiliency construction, including: flood barriers, flood walls, hydraulic slabs, rooftop generators, new electrical service above flood elevation, new gas services above flood elevation, athletic field, etc.
