Kendall Griffith's Bio
Kendall has over 25 years of industry experience and provides overall strategy and leadership for Mortenson’s business in Minnesota and regional operations in Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. He drives a customer-first approach in all aspects of the business and ensures that the company delivers the resources necessary to meet the expectations of its project partners.
Kendall holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He currently serves as a board member for the Minneapolis Downtown Council, and has also served on boards for the AGC of Minnesota, ACE Mentor Program of the Twin Cities and USGBC Minnesota.

Darin Knapp's Bio
Darin has 26 years of industry experience and is responsible for developing customer relationships and providing oversight for Mortenson’s work in Minnesota, Iowa and the Dakotas. He’s a strategic thinker and is always in search of the best solutions that meet customer’s needs and creates the best possible experience. Throughout his career, Darin has been involved in many notable local and regional projects.
Darin earned a bachelor of science degree in construction management and bachelor of arts degree in business administration from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a construction manager advisor for the University of Minnesota and the University of Northern Iowa. Darin is currently serving as board member for Hazeltine National Golf Club and was past-president for the non-profit Systems Unlimited.

Kelly Mansell's Bio
As director of operations, Kelly partners with Mortenson's Vice President of Operations, Troy Blizzard, on the oversight of Mortenson's construction and field operations across Minnesota and the Dakotas. She joined Mortenson in 2000 after earning her degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Her calm demeanor and flexibility has proven invaluable to many customers who count on her to manage aggressive construction schedules and budgets.
Kelly serves as a mentor in the community and within the Mortenson organization. She's always looking for opportunities to share her experience and skills with women and youth in the industry. She currently leads a Mortenson Affinity Group, which serves as an education and networking platform for women to be successful in the workplace. She's been involved in the City of Minneapolis' Step-Up Achieve program, which helps youth learn on-the-job skills to get them ready for their future. She's also lead Mortenson's effort for Habitat for Humanity's WomenBuild and is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction.
She was recognized by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2015 for Women in Business and in 2017 as a 40 Under 40 Award recipient. She was also recognized by Midwest Engineering-News Record in 2017 as a Top Young Professional.
Todd Schilling's Bio
With over 30 years in the construction industry, Todd is the General Manager of New Markets and serves as the market sector leader for Mortenson’s Minneapolis office. His responsibilities include research and development of emerging industry markets, which covers Minnesota, Iowa and the Dakotas.
Todd and his wife, Anne, have two adult children and live in Ham Lake. He is actively involved in charitable and nonprofit organizations. He co-founded Changing Gaits, a Minnesota nonprofit organization that specializes in equine-assisted therapy services, where he continues to serve as an honorary board member. He also sits on the on the building advisory council for Crescent Cove, a residential hospice that offers care and support to children and young adults with a shortened life-expectancy.
Tom Schmall's Bio
Tom manages the corporate market sector in the Minneapolis office. He has more than 30 years of experience and is responsible for identifying customers, procuring projects, and managing the work. Tom is actively engaged on all of his projects from early design to final project completion.
Tom is an expert at managing complicated construction projects. All of his projects have been delivered on schedule and on or under budget, which has led to repeat work with many customers. Tom has developed many strong relationships in the construction industry with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers. His strong leadership results in successful projects.

As senior project manager and healthcare market leader for Mortenson's Seattle operations, Bryan is responsible for project acquisition and performance, as well as creating new, and growing existing customer and partner relationships. With over 10 years of industry experience delivering a wide range of complex healthcare projects, he understands the unique demands of this market space and brings an extensive knowledge of working in both active and acute care environments.
Bryan is an Associate DBIA Professional and AHA Certified Healthcare Constructor, as well as an associate member of both the American and Washington State Societies for Healthcare Engineering. He actively supports many community service initiatives and has been committed to organizations such as Rebuilding Together and the ACE Mentor Program. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Drexel University in 2008, where he played 4 years of DI Men's Lacrosse and served as team captain during his senior year.

David is the leader of the corporate market for all Minnesota operations. He is responsible for developing relationships with industry partners, providing strategic direction to drive the best outcomes for his customers. He is also responsible for management of construction on-site. David is actively engaged from early design to final completion and his recent experience includes Graco Koch Center Expansion, Panasonic Operations & Technology Center and, Charles Schwab Lone Tree Campus. Joe Pritzkow's Bio
Joe is the market development leader for the higher education market sector in the Minneapolis Office. He is responsible for developing customer relationships and providing innovative ways to deliver complex projects. Joe is actively engaged on all of his projects from early design to final project completion. He provides insights to help customers on their buying journey, including industry trends, energy and sustainability feedback and strategic options to maximize program for limited budgets. He is an expert at managing complicated construction projects on active college or university campuses.
Joe and his wife Krissy have two active children that keep them busy and remind them of the importance of a healthy work / life balance. Joe instills this in team members to create a strong culture and ensure the project experience is positive for everyone involved. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is actively engaged in the community and is a passionate board member for Hearts & Hammers, which provides exterior home improvement assistance for Senior Citizens, Disabled Adults, and Veterans of the United States Armed Forces or their Surviving Spouse so that they may continue living independently. Lynn Littlejohn's Bio
Lynn Littlejohn is the Vice President of Community Affairs and Development with Mortenson and has been with the organization since 1996. She serves as the organization’s liaison with clients, community organizations, minority and female businesses, governmental agencies, unions, advocacy groups and public officials.
Her role involves promoting the company in existing and new markets by providing guidance and assistance with business development, workforce development and designing and implementing progressive community engagement plans for the employment of women and people of color and business opportunities for minority, female and other businesses.
Lynn has extensive experience in the areas of diversity and inclusion having worked in the public sector as an Enforcement Officer with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and a Contract Compliance Specialist with Hennepin County.
She is a board member for Children’s Minnesota Hospital and has previously served as a board member for the Minneapolis YWCA, Minnesota Twins Community Fund, National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC), Association of Women Contractors (AWC), Dunwoody Academy, Twin Cities Rise!, and Alexandra House.

Mike Pedersen 's Bio
Mike manages the Healthcare market sector in the Minneapolis office. He is a respected leader in the healthcare industry with 28 years of construction expertise. Mike drives a patient first approach and has endeavored to discover quality improvements in the healthcare delivery environment while consistently implementing tried, tested and proven solutions. He is directly responsible for the overall management of customer relationships, business development, design phase planning and construction activities. During construction he maintains close supervision of the project management team, budget/schedule control, and quality control programs. He has delivered $1.5 billion in healthcare construction during the past 10 years.
Mike is a member of the Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA), The American Society of Healthcare Engineers (AHSE) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA); and serves on the board for the Healthcare Institute (HCI) and Jeremiah Project. Sanchayita is the Strategy and Market Development leader for Mortenson. Her research and insight on markets and industries delivers meaningful strategies to energize our customers’ business success. She also works closely with our real estate leaders, providing guidance for overall strategic pursuits and the development of new market opportunities.
Sanchayita has expertise in strategy, business development, investments, and customer solutions in the energy, food, and real estate industries. She has a broad set of expertise in creating and implementing strategic growth initiatives. Sanchayita has over twenty years of experience in the corporate world, most of which has been in the energy industry, at ABB Power, CarVal Investors, and Cargill Energy.
Sanchayita is passionate about women in STEM, and has been actively coaching and mentoring teams in competitions that involve science and technology based problem solving challenges. She holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and an undergrad in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology in India. She was also recognized by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2019 as a Women in Business honoree.
