For the past 18 years, Adam has established strong relationships with critical permitting authorities, licensing and zoning agencies, subcontractors and labor agencies in and around the Boston area. He has worked as a Carpenter, Superintendent, Project Manager and Chief Operation Officer of Cafco, before assuming his current role as President, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and business development of Cafco. Adam’s management style is hands on. He is closely involved in every project, guiding our teams to always exceed our clients’ expectations. He has a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and serves on several local agencies that meld the hospitality community with serving those in need.
