Scope Of Work
Bryson Constructors performed as the Prime Contractor for the complete renovation of eighty-five (85) tenant occupied apartment units and one (1) residential structure. Complete restoration to comply with Federal Noise Insulation Program standards. Renovation work included asbestos / lead abatement, door and window replacement, wall and ceiling repairs, electrical upgrades, plumbing, HVAC, painting, sound insulation, flooring, finish carpentry, gypsum board and framing.
