Scope Of Work
Stevens Construction provided construction management services for a 4,500-square-foot clubhouse with a resort style outdoor amenity area for Lennar’s Storey Lake community.
The clubhouse features a fitness center, kitchen, spa, offices, tiki bar and outdoor dining area. The outdoor amenities includes a beach entry pool, lazy river, splash park, water slide, basketball court, beach volleyball court, miniature golf course and pool cabanas. The project is situated waterside and include a boat house with dock and canoe launch, restroom facilities and sundries shop.
