Scope Of Work
Stevens Construction performed a renovation of the south 4th floor within Naples Community Hospital, located at 350 7th Street.
Stevens Construction completed a 22,594-square-foot renovation which now houses a 23-bed oncology specialty care department and a 12-bed behavioral health treatment center. The project also included construction of nurse stations, offices, conference room and a serenity room.
The Class III ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) project is occurred while the hospital remained in operation. Stevens Construction utilized strict containment measures such as barrier walls and HEPA filters to ensure the hospital was never compromised throughout construction.
