Scope Of Work

Hibiscus Dining Room is a 5-star dining experience for Village on the Isle lifecare residents.   Designed by local Architect, Sam Hardie of Beebe Design Group, the updated layout brings a more fluid use to the space and allows convenient access between the Mathew Hall Residences and The Lofts Amenities. Stevens Construction provided 10,000 square feet of demolition and renovation to combine the elevator lobby of Mathew Hall, with the main lobby and the dining room into an updated design with more efficient use of space and function.

By completely redesigning the area and updating the food service equipment, Village on the Isle residents are able to enjoy their meals in an enhanced dining room that includes high ceilings, private seating and separate dining rooms.

Stevens Construction has provided general contracting services on multiple projects within the Florida lifecare community including a five-story renovation of The Lofts, Village on the Isle’s assisted living facility.
