Scope Of Work

Blue Moon Pizza selected Stevens Construction for the build-out of their upscale pizza restaurant, the first Florida location of this Atlanta-based restaurant.

Blue Moon Pizza envisioned a casual restaurant that provides an everyday atmosphere but still makes guests feel like they’re somewhere special. As such, new doors and windows were added to the exterior bringing in natural light making it more inviting. The dining room and bar area feature an upscale trim package providing the upscale yet comfortable look the client desired.

Blue Moon Pizza comprises 3,474-square feet of the building and includes a bar, dining room, kitchen and take-out/curbside delivery room. The restaurant also includes a 1,410-square foot covered patio for outdoor dining.

Blue Moon was completed in 12 weeks enabling us to meet the client’s goal of opening prior to the 2014 season.
