Eric Gribin has worked as a construction manager for some of the top names in architecture and building in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. He brings both field expertise and an understanding of all aspects of construction management that can only come from managing complex projects for over 20 years. Eric’s responsiveness and his ability to meet clients’ goals have earned him the trust of owners, developers, architects, and lending institutions. Eric has carefully built his reputation – project by project -- by planning strategically, working collaboratively, and delivering quality.
Eric holds a Masters of Science from the Robert J. Milano School of Management and Urban Policy at the New School University and a Diploma in Construction Management from New York University’s Real Estate Institute, and is a graduate of The University of Michigan. In addition to being an active supporter of community and non-profit organizations, he is also a member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County and the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association. Eric holds a State of Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor License and is certified by the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA, in Construction Safety and Health.
