Scope Of Work
Montagno Construction completed a $2,300,000 addition and renovation for Leeway Welton, a supportive housing development for individuals with disability due to HIV/AIDS. We renovated the existing brick saltbox style home and constructed a 2-story, 13,000 sf addition on the rear.
Ten new one bedroom apartments are equipped with full kitchens and are accessible for persons with physical disabilities. Five units were DMHAS funded and set aside for applicants who meet additional eligibility requirements. The complex also has a community room, conference room, and onsite laundry.
The development was funded by HUD, CHFA, and LIHTC with CHRO requirements.
