Scope Of Work
A/Z served as YNHH’s construction manager for the planning and design development of the new Regional Operations Center. This $40 million, 140,000 sf facility features hazardous and non-hazardous pharmacies, medical device storage, linen operations, repair shops, administration, high-bay warehousing, and loading docks—providing the system with a centralized receiving and distribution solution for its 200+ facilities.
