Greg Cox's Bio
Greg has developed a strong knowledge of the operational needs of A/Z Corporation and of the expectations of our clients throughout the past 21 years with our organization. As A/Z’s President, he is responsible for managing our day-to-day internal business requirements, including establishing performance goals, allocating manpower and resources, and administering standard operating procedures.
Greg leverages his 39 years of industry experience to guide A/Z’s short- and long-term business objectives and provide overall direction to our firm’s growth and development. His leadership ability is built upon a diverse foundation of construction management and estimating experience previously gained at such organizations as ADP Marshall Inc., Fluor Daniel, and Morrison Knudsen. Greg has successfully led some of the most technically complex projects in the Northeast during his career.
Greg is a member of the Boston Area Chapter of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). He holds a B.S. in Micro and Molecular Biology from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Design Health & Safety Certification from Harvard School of Public Health Laboratory.

Kevin Chronley's Bio
Kevin is instrumental to mapping out forward-thinking programs to align with market / client requirements. Kevin is driven to helping our clients grow and evolve through the process of gathering insights to analyze market requirements and developing effective client-centric solutions. Steven Biando's Bio
During more than a half of a decade with A/Z Corporation, Steven Biondo has played a lead role in the company’s proposal development and marketing operations. He leads the Marketing Department as Director to execute a broad spectrum of deliverables—from qualification, proposal, and presentation efforts of every scale to A/Z’s digital and print marketing initiatives. Steven’s background in both the written and visual arts complement the diverse range of duties that the Marketing Department delivers throughout all areas of the company. Steven holds a B.A. in English with a Creative Writing concentration, and he is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree. He is OSHA 30-Hour certified, an Eagle Scout, and a member of the Construction Marketing Association (CMA).

Perry Lorenz's Bio
Perry serves as a key Advisor to A/Z, a role in which he supports client relationship management, strategic development, and corporate growth. His decades-long career with A/Z has included serving as the company’s President for more than 20 years. Perry holds a BSEE from Roger Williams University. Additionally, Perry has an ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) and previously served as a Corporator for Backus Hospital of the Hartford HealthCare network and Lawrence + Memorial Hospital. In 2016 and 2018, Perry as A/Z President was awarded the Leadership Award for mid-sized employers in Connecticut by the Hartford Courant.
