Scope Of Work
Blach recently completed an extensive exterior repairs to stop water intrusion and repair damaged structures on two apartment complexes comprising 17 buildings, which sleep 742 students at UC Santa Cruz.
This work includes repair of failed ventilation, plumbing, windows, roofing and waterproofing systems at each dormitory building.
