Scope Of Work
As Construction Manager, Blach oversaw the construction of this two-story, 17,000 square foot Visual and Performing Arts and Academic (VAPAA) Building at San Benito High School. Complete with seven multi-functional classrooms and one teacher workspace, this building includes two fine arts rooms with drawing boards and moveable tables, a dance studio with a full sound system, fenced-off outside workspace area with garage-like door for easy access and a ceramics studio with pottery wheels and an outside kiln station. Additionally, Blach was responsible for all site work, including underground utilities, hardscape and landscaping. Upon its completion, this beautiful VAPAA project is further enhancing both the San Benito High School visual and performing arts course offerings, as well as its campus.
