Construction of a new, 23,000 square foot building consisting of cast in place concrete, structural steel brace frame, metal studs and drywall, elevator, storefront and curtain wall, glass and glazing, suspended acoustical ceiling, imported stone veneer, automatic entrance doors, and automated book return system.
