As Director , Assaf manages oversees Estimating Department. Assaf forecasts costs determines necessary resources for based on cost estimates budgetary restraints. He gathers details compiles data to estimate all production costs according to specifications. Assaf considers raw materials, labor, equipment, tools transportation for all estimates. Assaf is responsible for overseeing entire process from preliminary through  completion.

Corey’s leadership in innovative office construction has contributed to the growth and presence of KPRS in the Los Angeles market. While navigating large complex projects, Corey simultaneously builds valuable client relationships where the vision and needs of the client are always top priority. His notable projects include the award-winning C3 Creative Complex in Culver City; the Pasadena Playhouse Plaza in downtown Pasadena; the Culver Steps development and the Entrada Creative Office also in Culver City. With over 18 years of construction experience, Corey has honed his understanding of the field in the former role of Senior Superintendent. Beyond office construction, his involvement spans to industrial, retail and residential sectors.

Joel has led KPRS since its inception company has completed over $4 Billion to date. For over 30 years, Joel has compiled a resume some Southern California’s most complicated significant . Prior to KPRS, Joel was Territory Los Angeles region for Kajima , Inc., for Maguire Thomas at Playa Vista, was with Turner , based Southern California marketplace. Joel has been a part some ’s largest , such as Playa Vista, a multi billion dollar, 1,000-acre residential mixed-use near Marina del Rey. A few his other prominent include: Aquarium Pacific Long Beach, Pac Bell Park San Francisco, Library Square Gas Tower Los Angeles.

With over 35 years experience industry, both in California  nationwide, Lev has an impressive assorted background , Entertainment, Institutional, Medical, Residential . His , formed from -house trained, talented, skilled individuals, has created an innovative cost system, which provides clients with flexibility to accommodate any specific requirements within standard estimating reports. Lev has produced a wide array successful as Estimator. Prior to KPRS, these included for Kajima as well as Bovis Turner Companies. Lev guides his with a high level enthusiasm passion for providing clients with best possible numbers. Originally from Latvia, Lev enjoys his wife’s great cooking hiking with her on weekends.

Paul leads construction efforts at KPRS with over 30 years of experience in Industrial, Hospitality, Public Works, Entertainment and Tenant Improvement work. He and his team have become especially known as one of the leading large industrial distribution and warehouse experts. Part of Paul’s continuous success in the industry is the result of his consistent pursuit of better and more efficient strategies. He builds upon and develops new management systems and techniques which emphasize consistency, efficiency, and accuracy, while maintaining the necessary checks and balances for project operations. Paul is a proud father and enjoys spending time with his family and biking when he isn’t building some of Southern California’s largest industrial projects.

Paul is one of last members of a generation that learned to build in a traditional mentorship setting. At a young age he began helping his father, a carpenter, on the job. By age twelve, Paul was making cabinets and installing doors. This early interest in creating and fixing things made a career in construction an inevitable path. Now, with over 35 years of industry experience, Paul is an integral leader at KPRS and has been with the company since its inception.

Paul’s ability to plan far in advance and anticipate obstacles has enabled him to expertly handle many of the largest and most complicated projects in Las Vegas and Southern California. A few of these include Caesar’s Palace – a 60 million dollar project that included building Frank Sinatra’s personal suite, the Sheraton in the City of Industry – a 40 million dollar project, and Bacchus Jeffrey Office Park – a 50 building office park with 340,000 SF of office space. Paul’s experience in the field has also been a critical component of his success; he understands projects from multiple angles and has a strong respect for the work done by his partnering subcontractors. Though Paul’s background is expansive, he has developed a special following for his Retail and Restaurant projects at KPRS.

Paul has a degree in Engineering and Construction Management and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cal Poly Pomona. You will still see him on campus, though this time he is on the other side of the classroom. Paul’s love of mentoring led him to teach Estimating and Scheduling courses at his alma mater, where he continues to instruct. When Paul isn’t building or teaching, you can find him tending to his garden, in the kitchen cooking, or enjoying the Carlsbad waves with his family.

Rick has compiled a varied resume including public works, industrial , offices, tenant improvements.  Rick started with company at time inception has proven his strong capabilities on many large complex .  These include Perris Distribution totaling 1.7 million square feet.  Rick then completed the tenant improvements for Whirlpool Corporation in only three months.  Rick’s brings on-time on-budget.  He works directly with  client to ensure objectives program are met. Rick’s meticulous eye for detail quality makes him invaluable to his clients.

Joining KPRS near inception company, Angel has spent 20 years estimating pivotal continually providing cost savings to clients. Angel has led advanced capability KPRS industrial market while developing exceptional relationships with our clients. As a Estimator he prepares budgets, forecasts costs, helps determine necessary resources for based on cost estimates budgetary restraints. His spans from industrial to , storage facilities, tenant improvements, , hospitality, medical public works. Angel takes pride training mentoring new estimators in group provides a culture growth camaraderie within company.

As a , Matt has excelled overseeing large complex multiple sectors from , Med-Tech TI, while contributing in Multi Family division at KPRS. During his 11 years with company, he has completed notable on Stamps.com headquarters El Segundo, MGM headquarters Beverly Hills Mindanao Creative Marina Del Rey. In addition, Matt has become instrumental in developing successful client relationships within Multi Family market. His major within this sector include 132-unit El Monte Gateway with Jamboree Housing, luxury Fairfax Apartments West Hollywood, Washington Family with Meta Housing in Los Angeles. Matt holds degrees in Architectural Technology from Purdue University.

With over 15 years experience as a , Peter leads Med/Tech group at KPRS,  oversees all healthcare science . This includes medical buildings, OSHPD, pharmaceutical, research, lab, imaging clinical spaces. Peter works directly with  client to ensure objectives programs are met on time on budget.

Peter is an ASHE Healthcare Constructor holds designations as a DBIA Design-Build Professional   AP.

Peter has led several that successfully earned  status. Beckman Coulter Headquarters achieved  CI Gold, Burbank Water Power campus updates earned  Platinum.

His resume also spans a broad range , including buildings, public works, , special use .

Randy leads our Tenant Improvement group which was ranked #1 Orange County  OC Journal. Randy’s extensive experience has focused on tenant improvement all types .  Randy’s TI group covers multiple including , lab, medical, , warehouse TI manufacturing TI.   His focus has lead to many high profile , working closely with  clients to ensure success.  Randy’s produces successful results for all as well as meeting  Client’s goals.  For example, Randy’s with 3 weeks notice, completed a $24 million multiple TI 14 weeks.  This effort resulted over $7 million per month TI billings on a single . This finished a week ahead .
