Scope Of Work
HDG is working with the Naftali Group as Construction Manager on this luxury condominium project on the Upper West Side. Originally 4 landmarked buildings, the front façades will be preserved and 1 new building will rise from within and contain 11 custom apartments. When completed in 2014, this building will boast high ceilings, oversized windows, state-of-the-art kitchens, and amenities like a fitness center, in-unit washer/dryer, and private storage.
