Rapid Construction and Management is a fully staffed General Contracting, Construction Management, and Sub-Contracting Firm specializing in new construction and renovation projects ranging from $20,000-$20,000,000 on a single project.  My company is fully staffed with a Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Estimators, and Site Superintendents to fully meet the needs of any project and client.  

We are a fully staffed General Contracting and Construction Management and Sub-Contracting Firm specializing in New Construction and Renovation projects ranging from $20 thousand to $20 Million dollars on a single project. My company is fully staffed with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Estimators and Site Superintendents to fully meet the needs of any project and client.

Most of our projects consist of commercial and residential work such as Public Schools, Hospitals, Prisons, and Home Construction and renovation. Some our most recent projects completed are:

Construction of a New 10,000 square foot home in Dix Hills, repairing of 700 homes damaged due to Hurricane sandy for the Governor’s office of sandy repair, fire damage at the Dennison building as well as commercial project such as Bay shore Union Free School District, Middle Country Central School District, Eastern and Western Suffolk Boces, Hospitals, such as Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, Bronx Psychiatric Center. Prisons, Public Libraries, that include West Hempstead Public Library, Gold Coast Library, Sachem Library and Office Buildings.  We employ our own Carpenters, Laborers and other related trades to perform many of the various tasks on any given project where most of our General Contracting firms sub-out the majority of the work.
