Envoy welcomed Scott as a team member and principal in January of 2014. As President, Scott participates in all facets of business planning, management and leadership of the firm. Scott’s focus within the firm is that of business development, discovering and exploring opportunities in the construction industry. Additionally, Scott develops strategic partnerships and joint venture opportunities, such as public private partnerships and Government Services Administration Contract projects. Scott is a licensed real estate broker, and manages the firm-owned brokerage and national commercial real estate affiliate network, Envoy Real Estate. Envoy Real Estate, recently added to Envoy’s portfolio, is a 20-year commercial real estate brokerage, along with a residential arm, comprised of over 25 real estate professionals. The affiliate network is a growing national network of commercial real estate advisors, allowing the local team to benefit from exclusive geographic territory in Central Indiana, with a national reach. Scott has a transactional volume of over five-hundred million dollars. Scott has experiences in several facets of the real estate industry such as retail sales/leasing, land acquisition/disposition, office leasing, investment sales/ acquisitions, development coordination, construction and property management. Scott also has a strong background in marketing, web design and internet/ electronic advertising. Scott is a retired Indianapolis Metropolitan Police detective and a former United States Marine. He is an avid outdoorsman. Scott’s real estate, public experience, and military experience position him well for the role of business development.
