As Vice President of Real Estate, Drew is responsible for identifying and leveraging development opportunities for Envoy. He is involved is the site selection, design, planning, revenue forecasting, budgeting and lease-up for both Envoy and third party client development projects. Drew works closely with the pre-development team to study retail feasibility in public/private partnership developments as well as identifying new opportunities and strategic partnerships. In addition, Drew also manages the commercial real estate brokerage division of Envoy Real Estate. Prior to joining Envoy Drew spent the first 16 years of his career with two Indianapolis based developers, The Broadbent Company and Sandor Development. During his time with both each developer, Drew was responsible for the leasing and land sales of company and third party owned assets including new shopping center developments, existing retail buildings, distressed assets, office buildings and other real estate assets. As President, John oversees and coordinates all Envoy’s operations through the assigned team members. He makes site observations and resolves problems as they arise. He maintains quality assurance and tracks schedule adherence to detect adverse trends. He makes periodic warranty reviews and finalizes Envoy’s project involvement. John is responsible for managing the Envoy processes of cost estimating, value engineering, project set-up, contract preparation and administration, AIA billing preparation, cost controls and overall project coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers and client/owners. John’s project experience includes new construction, remodels and interior renovations, tenant build-outs and additions for schools, correctional and governmental facilities, hotels, medical and recreational facilities, offices and laboratories. Varied construction skills and attention to detail have given John the ability to blend seamlessly into Envoy’s project mix. His education, training and experience have prepared him well for the complex and challenging role of President. Jonathan is a motivated, reliable Preconstruction Manager dedicated to safe, productive and profitable projects supplying over 20 years of construction experience. Throughout his diverse project experience, he has gained extensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry including design/build, contract negotiations, cost analysis, project scheduling, team support and conflict identification and resolution. He confidently manages his highly qualified staff, ensuring each project is delivered per specific requirements and within budget parameters. Jonathan gives every effort to successfully completing projects and exceed Ownership expectations. Jonathan’s experience, managing over $230M in projects, includes medical/ healthcare facilities, commercial high-rise buildings, educational facilities, incarceration facilities, tribal gaming/casinos, shopping/retail centers, clubhouse and leisure-related projects. Having past experience as a lead surveyor, project engineer, project superintendent, project manager and chief estimator, Jonathan has worked diligently to broaden his understanding of quality construction practices and efficient management styles. Envoy welcomed Scott as a team member and principal in January of 2014. As President, Scott participates in all facets of business planning, management and leadership of the firm. Scott’s focus within the firm is that of business development, discovering and exploring opportunities in the construction industry. Additionally, Scott develops strategic partnerships and joint venture opportunities, such as public private partnerships and Government Services Administration Contract projects. Scott is a licensed real estate broker, and manages the firm-owned brokerage and national commercial real estate affiliate network, Envoy Real Estate. Envoy Real Estate, recently added to Envoy’s portfolio, is a 20-year commercial real estate brokerage, along with a residential arm, comprised of over 25 real estate professionals. The affiliate network is a growing national network of commercial real estate advisors, allowing the local team to benefit from exclusive geographic territory in Central Indiana, with a national reach. Scott has a transactional volume of over five-hundred million dollars. Scott has experiences in several facets of the real estate industry such as retail sales/leasing, land acquisition/disposition, office leasing, investment sales/ acquisitions, development coordination, construction and property management. Scott also has a strong background in marketing, web design and internet/ electronic advertising. Scott is a retired Indianapolis Metropolitan Police detective and a former United States Marine. He is an avid outdoorsman. Scott’s real estate, public experience, and military experience position him well for the role of business development.
