Scope Of Work
This project was initially supposed to be steel construction. However, during design, the design team requested that we complete a comparison between steel & tilt-wall construction. After completing the cost comparison of steel construction verse tilt-wall construction, we found it would be more cost-effective for the building to be a tilt-wall construction.
This project highlighted our ability to provide cost comparisons, giving the design team an in-depth look into details to utilize when designing a project.
